I have a home?
My husband and I recently discovered a fireplace built into the wall in our basement. it was covered for a few years it seems like. We have a gas fireplace on the floor already. When we discovered what we say it down got home and he himself was burned in. We do not have the glass front of it. My question is … what are we to do? I do not think we would need an insert, because it has already obtained the campfire and other things? Not just places to sell the glass / metal piece? what the heck is it called anyway? sorry to be a girl … lol
It is possible it was sealed in such a so that the floor we could work right …. the opening of what might be losing what you've got the floor …. whatever you do, get a chimney sweep in there to check out before you even think about setting fire to it … he will tell you if the chimney is clean or has been locked to the floor fire or what …. get it looked at so that you are safe, ok ?….. if it was closed, you should clean anyway, if the inspection is the best idea since he is there Anyhoo ….. http:// www.google.com/search?q=glass+ doors + for + fireplaces & rls = com.microsoft: en & ie = UTF-8 & oe = UTF-8 & startIndex = & startpage = 1, we got our glass doors on Lowe's ….
