How do fast food restaurants are used to handle raw meat with bare hands?
I used to work for an international fast food restaurant popular, and the person working the grill would pick up the beef patties with their bare hands and place the meat on grill. No gloves or a tool was used. It was the correct procedure official. I think the justification for this is that it is before being cooked and that the gloves are not necessary because the cooking process kills all microbes, etc. However, if the hair that the fingers of the employee were to drop it on the meat?
Well, I find it interesting, because according to the code of the health of your supposed to wash their hands for 30 seconds with soap and water, put on a pair of plastic gloves, then press the meat to put on the grill. Im a little confused as to why this policy was not applied to international restaurant you usually work less, but maybe they got a license exception or something of the health service? Thats interesting!
