What is the best way to clean a cane Picnic Basket?
HI I brought a picnic basket of cane charity shop Local and wanted to know how the best way to clean it would be, it is not too dirty, but there is little dust in the armor and has a lack luster look too it. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
soapy water and a semi-soft brush. Do not soak long as the weaving can begin to unravel. Let dry thoroughly afterwards. If you want to bring shine the basket, you can try flax oil in a small inconspicuous area. use a rag to apply it. If it is much better, you could do it anywhere. that would help protect equipment and to bring a little color.
